Product Warranty Your satisfaction is our success. We always attempt to offer best quality products and best service to our clients. Minglang Technology Co., Ltd requires all products are without any defects. If you receive items with defect or damage during the transportation, please contact us at once. You need to take the pictures and feed back the detail information to us within 2 days. Otherwise, we will regard it as in good condition products, without changing new items. We offer 4 months warranty for our products which haven't been installed and used. We will mark a stamp on our lcd / touch panel / flex cable. Products don’t have any warranty when it’s expired or without stamps.
Return and Change Conditions 1. Before installation, please test the parts with a motherboard. Any problems occurred, please contact with us. If any problems appeared during or after the installation, we don’t provide quality warranty or changing service. 2. For non-professionals, our suggestion is to bring your phone to a repair center for installation. To buyers who tear down mobile phone themselves and cause the lcd or touch panel damaged, we have no responsibilities for this and don’t provide change service. 3. Returning for change products must be packed with the original package and keep the warranty labels and protector screens in good conditions. The parts which are once installed, used, damaged during installation, or repaired by others are rejected to return.
